On day #2 we sailed as far as Regua, passing through 2 locks (écluses). The Carrapatel lock changes the water level by 36 meters. Later we took an excusrion to Lamego

Mateus is the "chateau" of the family. No pictures allowed inside, but the gardens were lovely

Downstream from Porto Antigo to Porto, all the way to the ocean - followed by guided visit to Porto and Sandeman's cave.

Day 5 - free time in Porto inthe morning - we visited the Café Majestic; then an excursion to Guimares and Braga. A "folklorique Portugaise"ended the evening
